Return Policy

    • Returns are accepted for products purchased directly from our store.

    • The product must be in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

    • Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  2. Returns Process:

    • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email or phone, providing your order number and reason for the return.

    • Our customer service team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization (RA) number.

    • Once you receive the RA number, securely package the product with all its accessories and original packaging, including a copy of the original receipt.

    • Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return, unless the product received was defective, damaged, or incorrect.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

    • If the return is due to our error, we will provide a prepaid return label.

  4. Inspection and Refunds:

    • Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned above.

    • If the return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    • Refunds will typically be issued within 5-7 business days after the approval of the return.

    • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of our error.

  5. Exchanges:

    • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange your yerba mate gourd or bombilla for a different model or size, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items:

    • If you receive a damaged or defective yerba mate gourd or bombilla, please contact our customer service team immediately with photos and a detailed description of the issue.

    • We will assess the situation and provide appropriate assistance, including a replacement or refund.

Please note that for yerba mate blends, we cannot accept returns if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, due to health and safety regulations.
